Sunrise Education Consultants is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for our Mirpur Branch. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting students and clients, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information about our services while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information about educational consultancy services
Assist students with application processes and general guidance
Maintain client records and update relevant documentation
Follow up with prospective and existing clients as required
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all clients
Minimum educational qualification: HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred
Good communication skills in Bangla and English
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
Prior customer service experience will be an advantage
