Call Center Executive

Job Description and Responsibility:

Sunrise Education Consultants is looking for a confident, energetic, and target oriented call center executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, making follow up calls, providing basic study abroad information, and scheduling counselling sessions. Job Location: Sunrise Education Consultants, House 61 (1st Floor), Block F, Road 08, Banani, Dhaka-1213, Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls from students, parents, and interested clients.
  
• Make outbound calls to potential students and leads.
  
• Provide basic information about study abroad opportunities, the admission process, required documents, and counselling services.
  
• Explain available study destinations such as Europe, USA, Canada, and other countries based on company services.
  
• Identify student requirements and transfer qualified inquiries to the responsible counsellor.
  
• Schedule counselling appointments for students and parents.
  
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and SMS.
  
• Maintain daily call records, inquiry records, follow up status, and student information properly.
  
• Update CRM, Excel sheet, or company database regularly.
  
• Remind students about counselling sessions, document submission, payment, and application updates.
  
• Handle student queries politely and professionally.
  
• Maintain good communication with students and parents throughout the initial inquiry process.
  
• Support the counsellor team by providing accurate lead information.
  
• Work towards monthly inquiry, appointment, and enrolment targets.
  
• Maintain a positive and professional image of Sunrise Education Consultants.
   

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor / Honor's
  
• Masters will be preferred
   

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in call center, Telesales, customer service, student consultancy, or client communication.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla.
• Good basic English communication skills.
• Clear voice, polite behavior, and strong convincing ability.
  
• Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
  
• Good phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
  
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, email, and CRM/data entry.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
  
• Experience in a study abroad consultancy or education-related call center will get preference.
